The Software AG Annual General Meeting took place in Darmstadt, Germany, on May 17, 2023, and approved a dividend of €0.05 per share for the 2022 fiscal year (previous year: €0.76).
Dividend policy
Software AG aims to ensure adequate participation of shareholders in the financial result of the company. The dividend continues to be based on the average of net income and cash with the pay out percentage being agreed also taking into account the economic environment.
